​We are a company that continues to grow and we are recognised and trusted by OFSTED, Commissioners, staff and clients alike.

​We are led by a proven successful industry expert, with over 30 years of experience, which includes: local government; Social Care and Education; and positions such as, LA Head of Service, SERCO Head of Service; as well as holding a PQSI OFSTED inspections qualification. Their award winning practices are acknowledged and praised within the industry, and they have successfully set up, established and run Residential Care Homes for over 10 years.​

​Our staff are drawn from a range of professional, multi-disciplinary  backgrounds and all have further developed and grown their careers whilst being with us​.
